Be sure to read William Mills’ note to the congregation. In it he updates the congregation on what the Trustees are planning for the next several months in terms of repairs, maintenance, and security for our congregation. I’d like to thank William and the rest of the Trustees for their good work in caring for our church property.
Remember that the church is Christ’s, and we are all its stewards. If you see anything in need of repair (and can’t lend a hand yourself), please call William Mills, another trustee, or the church office. Notice something dirty or out of order? Pitch in and help. We are all stewards of our beautiful buildings and grounds.
Two needs come to mind as I write you this week…
One is the need for new church vans. Our current vans are aging and in need of replacement. Two are teenagers, and the other one is 9-years-old. If you’d like to be on a task group to help raise money for new vans, please let me know as soon as possible.
Another need is help with our streaming service for our Sunday morning worship services. If you are technologically inclined and would like to lend a hand in this ministry, please let me know. We need volunteers to step forward in order for this service to continue.
Again, we are blessed with beautiful buildings and grounds. Let’s give thanks to God for those who went before us to make it all possible!
